How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website Bark Boutique, select which items you wish to purchase and add them to the cart. Once items are in the cart you can proceed to the checkout page to complete your purchase securely. We accept all major payments methods.

Shipping

What are the shipping options and estimated delivery times?

At Bark Boutique we are committed to delivering your orders as swiftly as possible. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product’s availability and if it is coming directly from our chosen suppliers. Once at the checkout you will receive information on the estimated delivery times of the products:

  • Royal Mail Delivery: For certain items in stock, we aim to ship the products via Royal Mail, with delivery typically taking 2 -3 working days.
  • Standard Shipping: Other items may be shipped via standard delivery, which usually takes approximately 7 days to arrive.
  • Direct from our Suppliers: Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers, which can take approximately 12 – 18 days for delivery from the point of payment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately not. 

How much is the shipping cost?

Currently we offer free delivery for all products shipped in the United Kingdom.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to package and ship your orders to you promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

What is our return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  • Simply contact our customer services by email at returns@bark-boutique.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your product if you wish to request a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • Please note any postage costs incurred for returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

We are committed to making the return or exchange process as smooth as possible for you.

How do I choose the correct size for my dog?

  • Refer to the article on how to measure dogs for clothing and apparel and the size guide on each product page for measurements and recommendations.
  • Please note that this is a guide only as every dog is unique in its shape and size.
  • We have included our model dog, Poppy’s measurements as a guide to help with finding the right fit for your dog.
  • Take the time to measure your dog accurately following the size guidelines on measuring a dog. 
  • Visit our blog page to receive extra tips on measuring for the correct fit.
  • Some products have extra information in the description box regarding the fit of the items.
  • Please take note of this to ensure the product is the right choice for your dog’s shape and size.
  • If your measurements are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

What to do if my order does not arrive?

While we strive for timely deliveries, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. If your product has not arrived within the expected timeframe (information available on the checkout page at the point of purchase) here is what you can do:

  • Some orders will include tracking information so use this to monitor the status of the delivery. Not all orders will provide tracking depending on the shipping method used.
  • Contact us: Reach out to us at info@bark-boutique.co.uk with your order details. We will investigate the issue promptly and provide you with an update. Please allow for the expected delivery time frame to pass before contacting us.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the situation, this may include a full refund, or arranging a replacement or alternative.
