Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in finding the right fit for your dog. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
